Artist Bio
Following an early interest in the visual arts, I attended Rochester Institute of Technology and earned a BFA in the Fine and Applied Arts program in Medical Illustration. During and after college, I actively sought commissions for portraits, murals, and medical illustrations. Entering the job market I gained knowledge working for nonprofits including founding and directing an art gallery, and as a professional fundraiser. Now, I am creating acrylic paintings on stretched canvas and actively pursuing ideas surrounding my passion for the rural landscapes of my childhood overlapped with the emotion of surviving a rare traumatic medical condition.
